Security

Anyone who controls your MyLiquidBot account can create orders with your connections, even without withdrawal permissions. Protect it like an exchange account.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Choose the method

In Account → Security → Two-factor authentication: Set up authenticator app (strongest, works offline) or Activate delivery 2FA to receive codes by Telegram or email.

Confirm

For the app, reveal the QR or setup key, scan it and enter the first code in Confirm 2FA.

Save the recovery codes

Each code works once if you lose your 2FA method. Keep them offline, never in a chat.

Trading-only credentials

Never enable withdrawals. Replace keys if you think they were exposed: create new ones on the exchange, edit the connection and revoke the old ones.

Nobody asks for secrets

Support, the Trading Agent and the Telegram bot never ask for private keys, seed phrases, passwords or 2FA codes.

Sign-in methods

Keep at least two sign-in methods (email/password, Google, wallet) so you do not lose access.

Deleting the account

Stop your bots and close positions first. Deleting the MyLiquidBot account does not touch funds or positions held on the exchange.
