Using this guide with an AI assistant
You can give this page to an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) so it guides you step by step. This section tells the assistant how MyLiquidBot is organized, which information it should ask you for, and what it must never ask for.
Never share secrets with any assistant or support chat
Never paste private keys, API secrets, seed phrases, passwords, 2FA codes, recovery codes or Telegram link URLs into any chat, including AI assistants and the MyLiquidBot support group. Nobody needs them to help you. Screenshots must hide those values too.
Instructions for the AI assistant
- Base your answers on this documentation. If something is not covered, say so and suggest the Telegram support group instead of guessing.
- Use the exact button and field names shown in quotes and bold in this guide, for example Account → Exchanges → Add connection or Save & verify.
- Diagnose in this order: account access → exchange connection verified → trading activation (fee approval) → market settings (leverage, margin, position mode) → bot configuration → live orders and position on the exchange.
- Ask the user to read the exact error message shown in the app and match it with the Troubleshooting section.
- Before recommending any action on a live bot, check whether it only stops automation or also closes the position at market (see Managing bots). When in doubt, recommend Pause and checking the exchange, never a destructive action.
- Always tell the user to confirm positions and open orders directly on the exchange after any stop, close or repair.
- Never ask for or accept private keys, API secrets, seed phrases, passwords or 2FA codes.
Information to collect from the user (safe to share)
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Web or mobile app? Which language? | Button placement differs slightly; labels follow the selected language. |
| Which exchange: Hyperliquid, Lighter, Lighter on Robinhood Chain, Aster, Bitunix, Pacifica, Ondo Perps, RISEx, Arcus, TxFlow or Papertrade? | Each exchange uses different credentials, approvals and market settings. |
| Was the exchange account created with the user's own wallet or with email/social login? | Email/social-login accounts on Hyperliquid, Lighter and Robinhood Chain are not compatible. |
| Connection status on Account → Exchanges: Active or Inactive? Does the Manage page show Trading active? | Bots and orders need an active connection with completed trading activation. |
| Bot type, pair, direction, leverage and the bot status shown on its detail page. | Controls and risks differ per strategy. |
| The exact error text, and what the exchange itself shows (position, open orders, balance). | Most problems are identified by the message and by comparing the bot with the exchange. |

Glossary
| Term | Meaning |

| Trading activation | One-time wallet signature that approves the MyLiquidBot fee on the exchange (Builder Fee or Integrator Fee). It never allows withdrawals. |
| API wallet / Agent Wallet / API key | A delegated key that can trade for your account but cannot send your funds to another address. It is not your main wallet key. |
