  • Exchange credentials: Encrypted API keys for connected exchanges
  • Bot configuration: Trading parameters and strategy settings you configure
  • Usage data: Anonymous analytics to improve platform performance

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

  • Execute trading strategies through connected exchange APIs
  • Display portfolio, bot status, and trading history in your dashboard
  • Send essential notifications (bot events, security alerts)
  • Maintain and improve platform functionality

3. Data Security

MyLiquidBot stores encrypted API credentials and, where required, delegated API or agent-wallet private keys to execute your configured trades. Never provide your main wallet private key or seed phrase. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only when:

  • Required by law or legal process
  • Necessary to protect our rights or prevent fraud
  • With service providers who assist in platform operation (under strict confidentiality)

5. Third-Party Services

MyLiquidBot connects to third-party exchanges (Hyperliquid, Lighter, etc.). Your use of these exchanges is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies for authentication and language preference. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Export your bot configurations and trading history
  • Delete your account and associated data

8. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this privacy policy. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice.
