By accessing or using MyLiquidBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
MyLiquidBot does not accept residents of any European Union member state or anyone under 18 years of age. You must also have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not register or use the service.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions when registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. You must not provide false information or use a VPN, proxy or other means to evade these restrictions. A change in your residence or eligibility must be reported to support.

MyLiquidBot provides non-custodial automated trading tools for decentralized exchanges. The platform connects to supported exchanges via API keys and executes trading strategies according to user-configured parameters.
Funds remain in your connected exchange account or wallet. MyLiquidBot uses delegated API access to place trades according to your configuration. This trading access can affect your positions and result in losses.

MyLiquidBot charges commissions per executed trade. There are no subscription fees. Exchange trading fees apply separately and are determined by the exchange you use.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific trading results. Technical interruptions may affect execution. Monitor your bots and open positions.
Exchange outages or maintenance, API errors or changes, rate limits, revoked or expired credentials, connectivity failures, blockchain congestion, and infrastructure or third-party service incidents may interrupt or degrade the service. Extreme volatility, insufficient liquidity, trading halts and exchange restrictions may also affect execution.
Orders, cancellations and position closures may be delayed, rejected, partially filled or remain unconfirmed. Market data, balances, bot status and notifications may be delayed or unavailable. Stop-loss, take-profit, pause and emergency-close actions are not guaranteed to execute at the requested time or price. Open positions may remain exposed to losses, funding charges and liquidation during an interruption.
Monitor your positions and keep access to the official exchange interface. If MyLiquidBot is unavailable or execution is uncertain, check orders and positions directly on the exchange before submitting further instructions; repeating an action without checking may create unintended orders. Direct exchange access may also be unavailable during an exchange outage.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyLiquidBot is not liable for losses or damages caused by exchange or API failures, network outages or other third-party events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms or this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or waives mandatory user rights.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
