MyLiquidBot provides non-custodial automated trading tools for decentralized exchanges. The platform connects to supported exchanges via API keys and executes trading strategies according to user-configured parameters.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

MyLiquidBot does not hold, custody, or control your funds at any time. Your funds remain on the exchange or wallet account you connect. The platform only sends trading instructions through the exchange API.

4. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for:

• Creating and managing your exchange API keys
• Ensuring API keys have only trading permissions (never withdrawal permissions)
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Revoking API access if you suspect unauthorized use

5. Trading Risks

You acknowledge that:

• Automated trading involves significant financial risk
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Market conditions, exchange downtime, slippage, and API failures can affect bot performance
• Leveraged positions can be liquidated
• You use the platform at your own risk

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use MyLiquidBot for:

• Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws
• Market manipulation, wash trading, or other abusive practices
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Distributing malware or attempting to compromise the platform

7. Fees

MyLiquidBot charges commissions per executed trade. There are no subscription fees. Exchange trading fees apply separately and are determined by the exchange you use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific trading results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLiquidBot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
